As you are no doubt aware this site is new and still in development. However, this section (Video Maker's Admin) is now completed, which means that you can now start building your VideoCage presence.
The site is scheduled for full launch around the New Year. At which time we would love to launch it with a bang. Having a good collection of videos already for Video Viewers will be a great asset. It will also give us something specific to talk about in our press release.

A little explanation about the site:-
As you will have noted on our home page. This site is more about providing video content that could be described as "useful". There are lots of video sites out there that are full of entertainment related content. VideoCage will be differentiating itself buy not only providing a very different range of video types but by allowing the Video Makers (you) to charge for their productions.
This could be anywhere from a few cents to a big pile of dollars! What to charge is entirely up to you (subject to our minimum charge requirements).
If a Video Viewer wishes to watch your "paid" videos they simple credit their account with the appropriate amount and then purchase access rights to your video.
Once done they will be able to watch that video once. If they wish to watch it more than once they must pay an "Additional View" fee. This fee will be very low and is designed just to cover our cost of serving this file to them (Video files are very big and use a lot of Bandwidth).
When you make a sale we take a commission (currently 30%). Your account is then credited with the net amount.
You may request that we forward your income from these video sales at any time. Payments are made to your paypal account (www.Paypal.com) which should have a status allowing for incoming payments.
Because we allow you to request funds to be forwarded no matter what the amount, we charge a processing fee of $0.50 for each payment to discourage repetitious frequent low value requests.
You may also choose to provide your videos for free to viewers, this could be for many reasons; promotional, a tour of the house you're selling or maybe a sample video of a larger "paid" video you’re selling on the site. To provide these videos for free to viewers there is a small Data Transfer charge. Depending on the size (width*height in pix) of your video this could cost from 1 US cent per 2 min’s of video.
